SMS program — operational and dispatch communications

Four Elements may send SMS (text) messages for operational and dispatch communications. These messages are work-related notices. They are not marketing or promotional messages.

Examples of SMS content include:

• Job assignments
• Schedules and schedule changes
• Pickup and destination information
• Job updates and other work-related operational notices
• Secure job links used to view or accept assigned work

Message frequency varies based on dispatch activity.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages from this program. After you opt out, you should no longer receive SMS messages from the program unless you later re-enroll through an approved method.

You can reply HELP for assistance.

Opting out of SMS does not necessarily terminate an employment or contractor relationship. If you opt out of text messaging, dispatch and related work communications can still be handled through another approved method, such as phone call, email, or in-person instructions, as applicable.

Our collection and use of personal information, including mobile phone numbers used for SMS, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for SMS communications will not be sold or shared for marketing purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Four Elements is not liable for delays, interruptions, or failures in SMS delivery caused by carriers, networks, devices, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Secure job links and related systems should be used only by the intended recipient.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when changes are posted. Continued use of the website or continued participation in the SMS program after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
