The 4 Elements Construction Division builds and maintains oilfield and industrial sites from Carlsbad, New Mexico, with MSHA-trained operators, laborers, and welders. The work includes road and pad construction, heli pads, fencing and cattle guards, welding and fabrication, and reclamation or remediation, for customers in southeastern New Mexico, the Permian Basin, and West Texas.
Construction Capabilities
Operators, laborers, and welders are all MSHA trained and recruited, hired, trained, and maintained within an in-house safety culture.
