The 4 Elements Trucking Division hauls aggregate and heavy equipment for oilfield, mining, and industrial customers from our yard at 1400 W. Derrick Rd. in Carlsbad, New Mexico, for work across the Permian Basin.
Trucking Capabilities
Belly dumps, end dumps, and dump trucks cover aggregate hauling. Heavy haul and semi flatbed trucks are available when the load needs them, and debris removal is on the same list. Tell the Carlsbad office which truck the job needs, or request a trucking quote. Aggregate hauling can be coordinated with Construction and with material from Thunder Stone Quarry.

Must be 21+ with a valid CDL and 2 years driving experience for driver roles. Competitive hourly wages DOE, paid vacation/sick/holidays, 401(k), and health benefits.
